Guest speaker Emily Mattingsley will be talking about your Moon cycles & fertility awareness, in addition to how our jaw and pelvic floor are connected.
Emily is specialized in Vaginal health and has a deep knowledge of this topic and has taught many women by speaking at many female embodiment events.
We will also be hosting a self buccal massage followed by a guided meditation.
Starting with a yoga practice to warm up our lymphatic system, we will be talking about your ayurvedic dosha with Irene, the guest speaker for the day, and what is right for your body type.
You'll also learn tips on how to age gracefully, followed with learning self-massage techniques. Just like the others, this session will be ended with a guided meditation.
Starting with a yoga practice, we'll then go straight into facial acupressure.
You'll also learn how to add in a different technique for lymphatic drainage using our facial cups, followed by some anti-aging pranayama breathing techniques.
Starting with a kundalini yoga practice with Joti (our gues speaker for this final class), we'll do a full self-face massage procedure and integrate all the techniques you have learnt over the last 4 weeks. We'll finish off this workshop series with a healing sound bath meditation by the beautiful Joti.
